A classic bait and switch : let me explain ( I am interested in a new vehicle from that dealership so I reached out via email gave them the stock number and later that day I got a response with that interested in a new vehicle from that dealership so I reached out via email gave them the stock number and later that day I got a response with that it is available and that someone would reach out to me. Francisco reaches out to and I believe prior to his call the dealership sends me out a deal structure for that exact vehicle and I looks great and my wife and I are very excited that we are going to get our new car today. That was based on the numbers that they presented us on that vehicle. So we welcomed the car from Francisco and told him that we would love to come down to pick it up right away and I’d ask about $1000 military discount if it would be applicable and he responded yes it would be then he goes on to say that by the way what we sent you we’re not gonna be able to honor we have a 70% markup on that vehicle which comes out to $70,000 over and beyond what they have promised so he put his manager on the phone. CAMIE PEREZ and she was a little confused and asked me to send over that deal structure that was emailed to me in return I did and she received it. Then she went to backpedal that deal and told me how sympathetic and understanding that she is of the situation but we’re still going to charge you a 70% premium I said what about the deal structure did you not get the email she said yes but so sorry I understand your frustration but we were going to sell it to you at $70,000 markup at the end of the day she had no compassion because she should standby with what they sent me that’s what you’re doing business otherwise the ramifications and that’s why it’s called a classic bait and switch they lowered myself or my wife in with that vehicle with a deal structure that we excepted and we became very excited and they crushed our dreams and Camie really could care less So I highly recommend never to deal with a very unscrupulous dealership as Crown Lexus maybe I’m the first to complain openly but I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General of the state of California with the evidence in hand because this kind of action needs to be stopped by taking advantage of the general public the way that she has. More
