In that regard, doing business with Crown Lexus was a refreshing departure from all that usual foolishness. My salesperson was Abel Escobedo, who was likable, considerate, knowledgeable and honest; salespeople from other dealerships could learn a lot from him. I appreciated his professionalism and integrity, and I’m sure he’ll continue to thrive in what he does. In Crown Lexus’ Finance Department, I dealt with Cameal Perez. Rest assured, if an issue arises, during or after purchase, she’ll address it promptly and professionally, wasting no time to make matters right. I adore my new vehicle; it’s the most pleasure I’ve ever experienced driving each day – and, fortunately, the business related to its purchase left no negative taste in my mouth, an added bonus that only enhances the overall pleasure of owing it. She’s attentive, personable, is always on her A game, she goes above and beyond, and takes care of my car every time I stop in at crown Lexu adviser. I also want to acknowledge the car washing team and technician Ricky. The car washing team took care of my car REALLY dirty car.
