I gave 5 stars even thought I was not satisfied with the last visit. I received promotional deal for battery ($50 off) which was the reason for my visit since the original battery is way passed the expecte last visit. After checked by the service department I was told the battery is still good for couple more years. As a conscientious consumer, I accepted the advise and deferring the replacement. My wife stranded with a dead battery next day. Instead of getting a Lexus quality products, I had to settle for the best battery I could find. More
