I had called a week before to schedule an oil change and to check the breaks. I had requested a loaner car and was told one would be available but when I got there I was told there wasn’t anything available to check the breaks. I had an online chat to set up an appointment with Crown Lexus. I informed them of my issue and gave all of my information. They wanted to start all over. If you can't get an appointment, how can you trust their service? No respect, fail! More

I had an absolutely horrendous experience at this dealership. I called in the morning about a specific vehicle and spoke with Jennifer. She was very kind and after giving her a rundown of my day, she dealership. I called in the morning about a specific vehicle and spoke with Jennifer. She was very kind and after giving her a rundown of my day, she set me up with an appointment at 7:30pm the same day and told me she would hold the car until then. We were in contact all day and I even got a call from Julia and confirmed with her that I had an appointment at 7:30pm that night. Mind you, I am coming from LA in 5pm traffic so she knew I was coming quite a way to test drive this vehicle. I spent about two hours in traffic and finally arrived at the dealership a bit before 7:15pm. When I walked in, I wasn't greeted and no one seemed to be paying attention to anyone who walked in. I had to ask 3 separate people for Jennifer. After learning that she had to go home early that day, I was told that a manager would be with me shortly. Finally, around 7:45, someone comes to tell me that another person came in before me and was now test driving the same vehicle that was supposed to be on hold for me, and would likely end up buying. After explaining that I was told the vehicle would be held for me until 7:30pm, and that I had just spent two hours in traffic to get there, they tried to upsell me on another vehicle...I obviously declined and had to drive another hour home. Overall, this was a complete waste of time and a terrible experience. I would not at all recommend this dealership to anyone. It was clear they were disorganized, understaffed, and overall did not seem to care about the customer experience. I understand this is a business and they have targets to hit, but trying to upsell me on another vehicle was probably the worst thing you could've asked of me at that point in the day. Do not go here. More
