Missing bolts and clips. Went in for recall on door handles on rx350 and an oil leak with the engine on the passenger side. Made an appointment and dropped off the car in and out on a Saturday within 1 handles on rx350 and an oil leak with the engine on the passenger side. Made an appointment and dropped off the car in and out on a Saturday within 15 mins with loaner car. Got a call on Monday with the issue needing to reseal engine timing cover (big job requiring engine to be removed and gaskets to be replaced. ETA was supposed to be Thursday. Got a call 5pm on Friday say car was ready, not an issue being one day late, the issue is the quality of the repairs. Engine fluids were replaced but after inspection , the mechanic lost a bolt for the air filter housing and snap on clip for the engine air intake. I am not sure I can trust the quality of work if Crown lexus is going to lose screws and not replace them. The car engine hasn't blown up yet but with only a year left on the warranty, I wouldn't be surprised. Going to monitor the car for the next few thousand miles to see if the oil leak comes back More

The service representative was very professional and he explained to me exactly what would be done for my car. I was there for a recall on my 2014 Lexus GX460. My only problem that I encountered was upon leaving when I was waiting for my car, another customer walked out and the worker assisted the other person while I had been waiting there for over five to ten minutes for someone to get my car. I informed the worker that I was there first and he chose to assist the person coming out of the service area before me. I was very upset about this incident and I will probably not return to Crown Lexus Of Ontario Service Center again. Very poor rating for pick up person. More
