We love our Lexus RX 350 Our salesperson Kevin Chu was awesome. I took my Lexus 250 for standard maintenance to the service department and decided to check out the Sport Utili Our salesperson Kevin Chu was awesome. I took my Lexus 250 for standard maintenance to the service department and decided to check out the Sport Utility vehicles for sale. I was greeted by Kevin Chu who assisted me with a test drive of a RX 350. I was instantly sold, but needed to check with my wife to approve the purchase. :)I drove home to pick her up and informed Kevin that we would be back in about 30 minutes. When we arrived, Kevin was at the door, escorted my wife and myself to our (at the time, tentative) vehicle and gave her the rundown. He explained every detail, answered every question and then after she said "YES, I love it".. we made our purchase. Kevin spent so much time assisting us with all of the features and even helped us program our phones and seats etc. He truly went above and beyond our expectations. We would give Kevin and Crown Lexus 10 stars if the option was available. More
