The service representative was very professional and he explained to me exactly what would be done for my car. I was there for a recall on my 2014 Lexus GX460. My only problem that I encountered was upon l explained to me exactly what would be done for my car. I was there for a recall on my 2014 Lexus GX460. My only problem that I encountered was upon leaving when I was waiting for my car, another customer walked out and the worker assisted the other person while I had been waiting there for over five to ten minutes for someone to get my car. I informed the worker that I was there first and he chose to assist the person coming out of the service area before me. I was very upset about this incident and I will probably not return to Crown Lexus Of Ontario Service Center again. Very poor rating for pick up person. More
