I have been getting my 2004 SC 430 serviced at Crown Lexus for over 10 years now and the service is superb. My service advisor Tony Hang is heaven sent. Incomplete Services Upon my introduction to the attendent we confirmed that my car had a recall for the fuel pump. He confirmed that the part was in stock ando that the work would be completed with in 4 hours. When I returned I was enformed that the recall work did not take place because they were out of parts...but the $550.00 of suggests filters and brake fluids were done. 1. I felt like I had been shamed. 2. Why did I wait four hours for minor routine procedures. 3. This is the last time I visit your location if my recall is not completed again as promised by next Saturday. 4. I’m a loyal customer and feel I deserve better treatment...I’m sure your competitors would agree. It’s funny because I assured Christen Santos that I would be getting a follow up email regarding the service and would be completing the survey. More
