I purchased a certified Lexus and at the time I sensed the breaks low. The sales person assured me they would last me at least 2 years. So when I took my car in for service they said I needed breaks. S the breaks low. The sales person assured me they would last me at least 2 years. So when I took my car in for service they said I needed breaks. So I took it for a second opinion since I haven't had the car a year and I needed brakes and rotors. I called crown lexus and the service manager said the report says the front breaks were new. So if the breaks were new I should of got more than a year with the minimal driving I do especially with the quarantine and no driving. To me someone is being dis-honest and I do not appreciate being lied to. I will not recommend crown lexus Ontario. I seem them dis honest. I wouldn't mind paying for breaks but if the breaks were new it wouldn't of hit the rotors More

Service lady Helen was very nice I give her 5 stars. I waited 2 hours, bring your own water and coffee and don’t come hungry it could be hours before you are out of dealership ... they had no drinks for w waited 2 hours, bring your own water and coffee and don’t come hungry it could be hours before you are out of dealership ... they had no drinks for what I thought was to be a quick service only to find out that 2 hours later, that I needed new brakes and new tires. I was able to get a loner but that took another 30 min. Trust me you won’t get the amenities you used to get. More

Alex Santana makes Crown Lexus look great!! He took care of us like we were the only people in the building. Our repairs lasted more than a day so he got us a loaner car and even kept up with us the next da of us like we were the only people in the building.
