From the moment I walked in to the moment I left with my new car, I was treated with respect, integrity, and decency. Everyone was courteous and there were no pushy sales people nor was the finance department a nightmare to deal with. It had to have been one of the best car buying experiences that I have had. Ms. Jennifer Villatoro, our saleswoman took very good care of us, and a kind man in finance with a Basque surname, although originally from Ecuador was excellent in providing us the best finance rates, beating the pre-approval rate we came in with by a significant margin. All in all everyone was personable, caring and kind! I live in Temecula, so Ontario is not around the corner from me, but when you see a car that's ideal, you jump on it! Thanks so much to Ms. Villatoro and our finance guy whose name escapes me! More

Great service I had the dash, side panels and, arm rest, replaced. Alex checked me in, had a loaner waiting for me.
