Worst Experience I had the worst experience since leasing my vehicle, I came in only to get my 20000 mile service and the oil change is 250.00 wow and then I was sent I had the worst experience since leasing my vehicle, I came in only to get my 20000 mile service and the oil change is 250.00 wow and then I was sent a text while waiting that I needed all this work done adding up to 1800.00? I have only had the car less than 2 years and hardly drive it because its a lease that was a mistake purchasing it that way but anyway after declining the services because I had just took my car to les swabs to have them check it out prior to coming up there and they checked the brakes, tire ect he said my brakes sqeaked a little but they were good and did not mention a wheel alignment they say everything was good, and all these things that they check are the same things I was told was needed. After declining the services the adviser called me over to his cubicle to say you REALLY need these things done once again I declined. And on my way home I noticed they did not check the air presser because the readings were the same as i brought the car i know because i knew one tire was low when i was almost home i noticed the car driving irregular i get home have my son check and the lug nuts on the rear drivers side tire was not tightened all the way so he had to jack the car up make sure the tire was all the way on and tighten them. Just not my best experience! More
