I was negotiating for an 'Imaginary Car' that was no longer available. After a number of frustrating experience dealing with random used car lots, we will focus on looking for cars directly with a Lexus dealer. Sadly, Crown Lexus is no different !! Crown Lexus advertised for a 2015 Lexus ES-350 with a great price. Spoke with Felicia over the phone, VERIFIED that they had the car on the lot and still AVAILABLE. At the end of the day, I communicated to her that we will purchase the car and how to proceed with the purchase. She responded that she already left work and will continue in the morning to put a HOLD on a car. So I said ok...will talk in the morning. Lo and behold, the following day the car was sold. Our theory ----- 1. Felicia did not know what she was doing OR 2. Typical ad from a dealer.... LOW PRICE with CPO but the car was never available. So I texted Felicia to verify if the car was indeed sold....no answer. I called Crown Lexus to verify if the car was indeed sold.... it was but NO ONE can tell me when the car was sold.....hmmmmmm. Then they had the nerve to ask me if there was any other car I was interested.... here comes this used car lot ploy of switch and bait ??? Either way, Crown Lexus is no different than your run of the mill used car lot !!! Wasted 1 day of my life talking to these used car lot disguised as a Lexus dealer. Update: I am changing the rating I had give to this dealership. Felisha reached out to apologize for what happened and explained her side of this confusion. Though I might not agree with the confusion about the real status of the car, I likewise believed Felisha acted upon with the information that was available to her at the time. Specifically, the car showed up as available in the inventory. She used this to verify the availability of the vehicle when I inquired about this. Also, my intent for this review is for the dealer to improve a business practice I deemed as flawed. But I realized, the impact of this review also affected the Crown Lexus folks I worked with. Felisha was outstanding and professional in my dealings with her.I also want to shout out that Bryan was very professional and patient when I shared my displeasure. I do not want to give negative impact on Felisha and Bryan as this will be unfair. More

Nearest Lexus dealer from my breakdown Broke down coming home from Vegas. Got towed to Crown Lexus just before closing on a Saturday. Got a loaner and continued home.
