Finance Dept. STINKS! First of all I have only good things to say about the salesman who assisted me. We struck a fast deal, all was easy; EXCEPT when I arrived at the fin First of all I have only good things to say about the salesman who assisted me. We struck a fast deal, all was easy; EXCEPT when I arrived at the finance part of the transaction. In addition to exceptional rudeness; they did not know how to handle the down payment process. Having paid the down payment they took seven days to deliver the car. Seven days after the delivery of the car they sent a "Notice of election to rescind" based upon being unable to find me a financial company. I was Lexus approved in one hour with a 20% down payment and I might add a FICO score of 835. When I realized how inept the finance staff was or that they just didn't care --- I phoned the General Manager for assistance but he did not return my phone call. While I would certainly purchase another car from this salesman; I wouldn't do business again with this dealer. As I was writing this I looked at other customer reviews and I see that their service dept. is poorly managed as well. More

I didn't want to pay the big dealer price for rotors and brakes for I bought OEM online for 4 rotors and pads for a base is250 after my research for $250. Techs there don't know too much specifics and price for good items can be gotten elsewhere. More

Even after purchasing my brand new '16 IS200T, I've been in touch with Francis to ask him a couple questions about my new car. He answered every one of my questions thoroughly and with patience. ONE OF THE REASON WAS THE PRICES (OUTSTANDING). THIS DEALER SHIP WANTS YOUR BUSINESS AND WILL WORK WITH YOU. AS I LOOKED AROUND I WAS GREETED BY A SALESMAN NAMED ERIC. ERIC WAS GREAT, DID NOT PRESSURE ME. ERIC ATTENDED TO MY NEEDS. I WAS THEN INTRODUCED TO THE SALES MANAGER NAME MIKE DIAZ. MIKE WAS OUTSTANDING GAVE ME A GREAT PRICE. MIKE WAS WILLING TO WORK WITH ME AND TREATED ME LIKE GOLD. HOWEVER THAT DAY I WAS WAITING ON A RESPONSE FROM MY BANK, SO I LEFT WITH NO VEHICLE. TWO DAYS LATER I WENT BACK AND CONTACTED ERIC, WHO TOLD ME MIKE WAS NOT IN UNFORTUNATELY. HOWEVER I WAS INTRODUCED TO RAY RASOOLI. I TOLD RAY I HAD SPOKEN WITH MIKE AND THE PRICE THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME. I EXPLAINED TO RAY I WAS WAITING ON MY BANK. RAY ASKED SOME QUESTIONS AND WAS ABLE TO SECURE FINANCING FOR ME. RAY WAS PATIENT AND WORKED WITH ME. ALSO I WOULD LIKE TO ADD THE COLOR OF THE VEHICLE I WANTED WAS NOT AVAILABLE AT CROWN LEXUS. SO CROWN LEXUS DID THEIR HOMEWORK AND FOUND THE VEHICLE FOR ME AND WENT TO PICK IT UP. I HAVE TO SAY THIS DEALERSHIP WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME. THE EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH CROWN LEXUS, I WOULD NOT GO TO ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP. THEY HAVE TREATED ME LIKE GOLD. IF YOU GO TO CROWN LEXUS ASK FOR RAY AND MIKE THEY ARE THE BEST.
