50,000 mile service on my GS350 F Sport I made an appointment with Al Medina. When I arrived, another person, Ali Shekeb, escorted me to his cubicle. Shame on me for not asking about Al... I made an appointment with Al Medina. When I arrived, another person, Ali Shekeb, escorted me to his cubicle. Shame on me for not asking about Al...I assumed he might be out. Only 5,000 miles ago, I replaced all four tires as well as replaced new brakes. When asked, I told Ali that the car was running great. He stated he would let me know if they found anything wrong? After waiting for my car for two hours, Ali told me they recommended one of my struts be replaced because it was leaking. He couldn't tell me how badly it was leaking; he couldn't tell me what is the purpose of a strut (even though I already knew), and he didn't offer to let me see the "bad" strut. He said it would cost $1300 to replace one strut, that they would need it all day, maybe even into the next day, didn't know if he could get a rental car, or how long it would take to get the part. I declined. More
