Ali went out of his way to find a loaner vehicle for me, so that I didn't have to rely on a ride share (Uber). Additionally, the service scenario was somewhat complicated. Our company had recently acquired another organization. They had a fleet of vehicles that we acquired through the acquisition. We planned on using the Lexus IS 300 as a commuter vehicle for some of our team members, but had concerns about the vehicle based upon various noise and handling issues that were present when driving it. Ali, had the car thoroughly reviewed with a list of the repairs that were needed back to me within 4 hours! It was a first class customer experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Ali and Crown Lexus. More

Used car no warranty Only after driving the car home that I find several things that do not work that we’re not pointed out to me. Number one. The CD player takes my CDs Only after driving the car home that I find several things that do not work that we’re not pointed out to me. Number one. The CD player takes my CDs but will not eject them. Number two. The lights on the stick shift do not light up at night three the rear door opener inside the car does not work. The car smells of cigarette smoke and I pointed that out during my test drive. There seems to be some electrical issues that have not been addressed and I do not appreciate buying a used car and none of these items were pointed out to me especially from Lexus More
