Customer Service with a Service Advisor My great experience was working with Alex Santana. I’ve met with him when I went to get service for my Toyota which is across the street from Lexus. S My great experience was working with Alex Santana. I’ve met with him when I went to get service for my Toyota which is across the street from Lexus. So I was surprise to see him working at the Lexus dealer. As always I’ve had excellent service with it comes to working with Alex. The reason I give it a 4 stars is that compare to Toyota, Lexus needs to work a little more on making sure we don’t wait too long especially if you have an appt. set up but overall working with Alex is definitely the definition of great customer service. More
