Chris didn't want to disappointed his customer so he made it happen by having the car delivered from a near by dealership within an hour. He even made the extra effort to stop by my house to pick up the cashier check since I had a little issue with my personal check. Overall outstanding customer service. 5,000 Mile Service I scheduled an 11:00 appointment. Upon arrival I was welcomed immediately. Then Tino came out introduced himself and welcomed me. HORRIBLE Customer Service! Started off emailing Chris Hickman regarding a new car on their lot asking for pictures. He informed me it was still in the shop and that he would ema Started off emailing Chris Hickman regarding a new car on their lot asking for pictures. He informed me it was still in the shop and that he would email me pictures when it was available. Next email I receive from him stated he had sold the car! Uh great communication Chris! Why wasn’t I informed it was available like promised? Then I receive another email saying the buyer didn’t show so we could go see the car now. After calling Chris to confirm the car was there and avaible, I drove to the dealership to see it (even though I still hadn’t received pictures I was promised). When I arrived...they couldn’t find the car! They made me wait for 25 minutes until telling me that the fleet manager had driven the car to Morongo! What?! Chris lied and said the car was there and parked in front. It definitely wasn’t. Disappointed and frustrated with the poor customer service, communication and lying, I asked to speak with Chris’ manager. The manager told me that the car had been sold and then asked if I wanted to look around the lot for a different car. Needless to say, I walked out. What a waste of time. The WORST dealership. More

What I liked the most was that he listened to my needs and requests and wasn't pushy at all. I emailed him with what I was looking for and continued my online search. I came across a car that fit my needs; once again it led me to Crown Lexus. This is where my online process began with Chris. Within just a couple hours I had a quote without any of the back and forth I expected. He even delivered the car to my home! I couldn't have asked for a better and easier process. Thanks Chris! More
