Finance Dept. STINKS! First of all I have only good things to say about the salesman who assisted me. We struck a fast deal, all was easy; EXCEPT when I arrived at the fin First of all I have only good things to say about the salesman who assisted me. We struck a fast deal, all was easy; EXCEPT when I arrived at the finance part of the transaction. In addition to exceptional rudeness; they did not know how to handle the down payment process. Having paid the down payment they took seven days to deliver the car. Seven days after the delivery of the car they sent a "Notice of election to rescind" based upon being unable to find me a financial company. I was Lexus approved in one hour with a 20% down payment and I might add a FICO score of 835. When I realized how inept the finance staff was or that they just didn't care --- I phoned the General Manager for assistance but he did not return my phone call. While I would certainly purchase another car from this salesman; I wouldn't do business again with this dealer. As I was writing this I looked at other customer reviews and I see that their service dept. is poorly managed as well. More

Needed brakes to be changed, I have a FSport is250 and I asked the tech if I can buy base model 250 and would be the same. Tech says no. I didn't want to pay the big dealer price for rotors and brakes for I bought OEM online for 4 rotors and pads for a base is250 after my research for $250. Techs there don't know too much specifics and price for good items can be gotten elsewhere. More
