Poor customer service and lack of communication Horrible cars .. just bought 2017 Lexus LX 570 in October from Crown Lexus in Ontario California and brakes and rotors are badly damaged . Took it to Horrible cars .. just bought 2017 Lexus LX 570 in October from Crown Lexus in Ontario California and brakes and rotors are badly damaged . Took it to dealership and they told me it is not covered under warranty and it is due to Normal wear and tear .. WTH... Normal wear and tear only on one side and only at 9500 miles on car that cost over $90K ... bunch of crap. Stay away from this crappy vehicles. Lexus doesn’t stand behind their cars and quality. Opened a case with Lexus and let’s see what they say next week. I am not taking my car from dealership till they fix it. Not taking this normal wear and tear crap... I am so done with this company and especially with Crown Lexus in Ontario California. Stay away from this dealership. Spend your money elsewhere on cars that gives you better normal wear and tear then car that costed me over $90k .. More

Complimentary Maintenance Very poor service. They gave me an invoice with another persons name, address and phone number. I asked for the brake percentage and was told this i Very poor service. They gave me an invoice with another persons name, address and phone number. I asked for the brake percentage and was told this information would be emailed to me, which I have yet to receive. I informed them that the hood was shaking while driving. They claim they made adjustments however the problem is now worse, so I doubt they drove it after making the adjustments. It feels like I did not receive fair service due to having complimentary maint on my certified Lexus. More
