My time and money was taken for granted and had no value to them . Service consultant Tony H hasn't returned two of my messages neither has the service manager Steve followed up on our conversation as he promised , the vehicle was turned in without the alignment being done in which they charged but never did . Overall this was my second chance I was giving this dealer only because it was closer to home but now it's not what I pay I can get better service at a pep boys or jiffy lube . Oh and just FYI the first time I had a dilemma with this dealer was because my service consultant which I won't say his name R no longer works for Lexus hmmm I wonder why . More

A majority of the deal structure was done over the phone and all the aspects of the deal were met or exceeded when arriving at the dealership. I'm very happy with the car & the quality of service that was conducted when I arrived. I'm glad I chose to do business with John Elway Crown Toyota & would strongly recommend making a purchase from one of the largest dealerships in Southern California. This was our first time leasing a car and it was explained throughly and in dialogue that we understood. Alex went over the whole car before we left. Also gave me his card and told me if I had any concerns or Questions to call him anytime. We walked away with a new car and felt great about the deal we got. During the whole process they were constantly offering drinks or snacks. I liked the way they were upfront about the price, so there was no haggling. The numbers really worked for us. More
very bad customer service This the 2nd time I take my RX350 to this dealer. I had to wait for a while before someone helped me. I was taken to an office and after 3 different workers I was able to arrange oil changed for my SUV. I was told I was going to get a call as soon as my car is ready( he said between 1 or 1 1/2 hours). After 3 hours waiting for the call I decided To go back and find out what was wrong with my car. The receptionist told me that the person in charged of giving me a call back was Albert; the receptionist said that she was notify him and his supervisor to come out to explain what was the delay on this matter. However, after a few minutes the associate nor the supervisor showed up. This 1st time, I had to wait a long period of time before someone assisted me.I guess I did not have bad experince enough the first time, I had to go back again ( it is the one closes to my house) to experience the bad service again. I might have to go to another dealer even if I had to drive extra miles to get the professional customer service that this dealer does not provide. More

Crown lexus service is not remotely close to the luxury car level service you would expect. I had a major problem with my car engine and took it here. Despite of having platinum Lexus warranty, the kind of runaround i was given was simply unexplainable. Just to diagnose the problem so that they can call warranty, they wanted over $2000. I called Longo lexus and they offered me to call Lexus corporate and gave me ph numbers, advice etc. Lexus Corporate helped cover the cost, but after that it was all disaster with wrong information being provided by the service tech to warranty company. For normal oil change etc, these guys might be ok (but so far several thousand others), but if you have any major work, run away from this place. Or rather keep driving till you reach another Lexus dealership. if you go somewhere else, you will realize whats a luxury car service place feels and looks like. if you call and it is answered by Steven, hang up immediately and run away, far. It was a major disappointment relying on these people. There are couple of decent techs there who has the job knowledge (tom Ryan was one), but somehow they were not allowed to help me.. never again and will vehemently advice anyone whol will ask me to stay away for service from this place.. customer lost I took my lexus in for service to fix a air conditioning problem and the first Saturday I was told that a service tech support would be in contact wit I took my lexus in for service to fix a air conditioning problem and the first Saturday I was told that a service tech support would be in contact with me to remedy my problem, I had to call the dealership all day to get updates and at the end of the day my car wasn't fixed.the service fee was waved and the second appointment was set up for the Saturday after Christmas, when I got to the dealership I was told that they have a skeleton crew and probably won't get a chance to look at it until Monday, I was told I would get a update about 2 hours after I got there, I waited all day and no one from the dealership called.i called early Monday morning and was told that all service personnel are busy with other customers and the line is out the door, at this point I've crossed this dealership off my books as I am about to purchase a car in 2015 and I have 0 confidence in this dealership ability to successfully complete my satisfaction, I will go to a dealership that will put my goals first... No Pressure and Great buying experience. It was time to trade my 2012 Jeep Wrangler unlimited. Enjoyed my Jeep, but it was just too difficult for older parents to get in and out of. I went through CarsDirect.com and they did all of the work finding a dealer and finalizing financing and finding the car for me. Great experience with them! Got a call from Jim Martin at Crown Lexus, that he would be picking up my car from another dealer( the Matador Red wasn't on CL lot) and I would be able to pick it up Sat. or Sunday. I said either day would work. He was able to pick it up and drive it back to Crown Lexus Saturday and called me Saturday afternoon to let me know they would have the car cleaned and ready to go Sunday morning. We set our meet time for 9:30 am. I got there a half hour early and Jim was on his way still. Not a problem since it was my fault being early ( I was excited and wanted to be there!). The sales associates were helpful as soon as I arrived and offered free bottled water or coffee. Jim was so helpful and let me know what to expect and asked me what I knew about the IS 250. We went on a test drive and he went over the various tech stuff to familiarize me with it all. We finalized paperwork and then I went over to Paul Olson in Finance who was also top notch. Didn't try to up sell the extras that most dealerships try to get you to buy. He just let me know my options and moved on once I didn't show interest. Crown Lexus isn't the closest Lexus dealer to me though I wish it were after dealing with and having a positive experience. Thank you Jim, Paul and Crown Lexus! More
