I went through CarsDirect.com and they did all of the work finding a dealer and finalizing financing and finding the car for me. Great experience with them! Got a call from Jim Martin at Crown Lexus, that he would be picking up my car from another dealer( the Matador Red wasn't on CL lot) and I would be able to pick it up Sat. or Sunday. I said either day would work. He was able to pick it up and drive it back to Crown Lexus Saturday and called me Saturday afternoon to let me know they would have the car cleaned and ready to go Sunday morning. We set our meet time for 9:30 am. I got there a half hour early and Jim was on his way still. Not a problem since it was my fault being early ( I was excited and wanted to be there!). The sales associates were helpful as soon as I arrived and offered free bottled water or coffee. Jim was so helpful and let me know what to expect and asked me what I knew about the IS 250. We went on a test drive and he went over the various tech stuff to familiarize me with it all. We finalized paperwork and then I went over to Paul Olson in Finance who was also top notch. Didn't try to up sell the extras that most dealerships try to get you to buy. He just let me know my options and moved on once I didn't show interest. Crown Lexus isn't the closest Lexus dealer to me though I wish it were after dealing with and having a positive experience. Thank you Jim, Paul and Crown Lexus! More

I get there and they do not have a courtesy car, even though I received an email stating I requested one, I had to have a shuttle drop me off at work after several stops, no different than a basic car dealership would do, might as well downgrade for this type of service, so ridiculous More

We came in a couple of months ago to look at the RX350, we got an offer of $460 per month including tax for a $49,000 car (a 2013 model), we had to sell our current car and when it happened we went back to we got an offer of $460 per month including tax for a $49,000 car (a 2013 model), we had to sell our current car and when it happened we went back to find out that the price has gone to $620 per month! We asked for the manager Paul, which helped us the first time and they sent "Ray" (obviously not his real name...) which was VERY rude. He was offensive from the get go and thought he knew better all the time with sentences like "I do this all the time" and so on.. All in all, regardless of the price disagreement which is acceptable, you DO NOT let a customer leave like he did, I sold cars and you can't treat customers like that, whatever brand you may be selling, let alone Lexus which tries to be a luxury brand. You will never have that happen with Mercedes or BMW. Do yourselves a favor, if you must go to Crown Lexus, stay away from "Ray". More

Unfortunately, the service at Crown Lexus for the past 3 occasions has been less than satisfactory and discredits the Elite Status dealership currently enjoys. On 14June13. I had cgone to the dealership for some warranty related issues; I had given details of the problem to the intake person. Fifteen inutes later the Service Advisor calls me and tells me that my car was due for lube oil service, I still have the invoice with me. I told him that I came for an warranty issue bit he insisted it was lube service. I told the Service Advisor that the vehicle was serviced by them on 8 May 2013 for oil change. It is amazing that nobody even bothered to check that I was in the facility precisely for this service 3 weeks back. Apparently doing due diligence and checking records is not one of the services Crown Lexus provides. Also the records for this visit for 14June have been incorrectly entered, no general repairs were made, the tire pressures were not checked and no quality inspection was made. I have requested the dealership to correct the records. More

My IS250 was in for 3 recalls. Tom Ryan kept me informed and I was given a new CT200h to drive for a week. I continue to be very happy with Crown Lexus and their service department.
