Waited 10 min for anyone to greet my sister and I . Bought a vehicle anyways because it was the one I wanted as a cpo vehicle. My family just purchased the 2010 LS600HL on Monday and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Johnny was one of the kindest salesman we've ever worked with (we have 5 other Lexus' so that's saying A we couldn't be happier with our experience. Have been going to this dealer for 6 years now. Hard to establish a relationship with one service advisor since it seems they change every couple of months or so. They always recommend other services on a need basis(doesn't surprise me) but there is no high pressure stuff like "Better get it done now" Overall I give them an "A" More

This was my first visit for service to Crown Lexus. I will return. My service consultant was Tom Ryan. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I drove from Whittier for service at Crown Lexus and it was worth it. I have dealt with Tom Ryan at a different dealership and I followed him to Ontario. I had been told I needed brakes asap when I had the oil changed at another agency. Here I was told that they were still OK and could wait until the next oil change or longer. Along with the friendly people, nice facility and good coffee, my dirty car came home clean.. Thanks and I will make the drive again. More
