My MINI hadn’t been to a dealership in a long time and received a recall notice. It’s an old car (2007) but with only 47,000 miles. The dealership was far from my house, a 2+ hour drive. My car required a number of services as well as checking the recall. We were given a 2025 MINI to drive. That experience was fabulous. The updates to the MINI were so fun I almost succumbed to trying to buy it!!! I was given frequent updates on the service to my vehicle and it was ready exactly when promised. It ran smoothly on the trip back to my house. The MINI intake person was thorough and respectful of my lack of technical knowledge. More
