Not What I Expected! Melisa responded promptly to my inquiry through CarGurus and we were able to quickly set up an appointment for me to look at the vehicle I was interes Melisa responded promptly to my inquiry through CarGurus and we were able to quickly set up an appointment for me to look at the vehicle I was interested in. She was not what I expected in terms of a 'car sales person'. She was extremely professional, intuitive and was able to relate to me and my situation in a way that was not contrived. She was very informative without being condescending and I believed very early on that she was trustworthy. I was cutting it close with completion of my financing and getting back to the dealership before closing. However, she notified her manager who waited until I arrived with the necessary documents, which was about 15 minutes after closing. After all that, Melisa called the next day to make sure I was satisfied and to answer any questions or concerns I might have; another surprise. Extremely positive experience. I just wish they also serviced the make of vehicle I purchased. More
