Differeance between customer and a client Just wanted to leave a not to tell you about how amazed I continue to be with the Leadership and the culture of the Crown enterprise. Being a person Just wanted to leave a not to tell you about how amazed I continue to be with the Leadership and the culture of the Crown enterprise. Being a person that has worked in retail all my life , I strive to make every person fell special and recognized. It's hard to do so --- so many people , so many emotions , so many different needs. I can tell you that Cj Sexton is one of those people that does make a difference . Not only did he sell me my first Mercedes .... he also sold me my second.... and now my third. He doesn't treat me like a number, a commission check. I see's us as a valued Client. A customer is a one time shot----- not a repeat, not someone that is loyal. I could go and buy a car anywhere at any dealership. I choose to go to CJ because he cares about his clients. Talks them through on what they are buying. Not just a car but a Brand. There is a huge difference. He is your Brand , the first and last person I deal with. He is your Rock Star. I would hope that this message gets to the leadership of this dealership and to the Vp's and possibly the President of the Company. CJ needs to be recognized for his talents and for his own leadership. I can only hope that I too can have a CJ on my own staff . Thank you for all that you have done and continue to do CJ. FIrst Visit I recently visited Crown and worked with David Kohler. I was in the process of purchasing an ML 350 through Carvana and wanted to have it checked out I recently visited Crown and worked with David Kohler. I was in the process of purchasing an ML 350 through Carvana and wanted to have it checked out prior to finalizing the sale. David was great, gave me information for long term care and the related expenses to expect, looked further into the overall maintenance history of the vehicle to ensure it was up to date on necessary requirements to maintain the warranty, along with recommendations and pricing of extended warranty etc., that made my decision easy. I will be finalizing the purchase and look forward to working with David in the future for the servicing of my new Mercedes More
