Best dealership/ salesman ever! I've purchased 2 cars at Crown through CJ and have felt as though I were family to the folks at Crown. Quick and Painless car buying experience. I was very happy with the service we received at this dealership. I would recommend Crown over the other Mercedes dealers I have been to in town. Rach I was very happy with the service we received at this dealership. I would recommend Crown over the other Mercedes dealers I have been to in town. Rachel was very informative and took a lot of time to help us with all our questions. The only issue we had was there were some points missed in the pre owned car inspection process.(chip in windshield and door mechanism did not work properly to adjust passenger side seats.) Unfortunately we did not notice these issues before we took possession of the vehicle. I do not fault the salespeople for this however, I do think the service group should be more attentive with their inspections. We appreciate Rachel and Ralph were very helpful in taking care of scheduling the repairs and getting us a loaner in a timely manner.( Although a gift card for a nice steak dinner and some Mercedes swag would also be appreciated it -just kidding Rachel :) Seriously you guys sold us a great car ! More

Our Sales Representive was great! My husband and I went to try out a GLE350 Mercedes and was not planning to purchase a car on that specific day. I had a GL 450, 2011 with 81,500 mile My husband and I went to try out a GLE350 Mercedes and was not planning to purchase a car on that specific day. I had a GL 450, 2011 with 81,500 miles and basically started looking for another car. Crown Mercedes in Dublin, Ohio is convenient from where we live, but I always took my GL450 for it's service on the other side of town. But we stopped by Crown to test drive. We ended up buying a new 2018 GLE350 SUV, 2 hours later! Not only did we like the SUV, our sales rep clinched the deal! (And Price) To be honest if we had not met him, we would of left with out a new car. He was knowledgeable, not pushy, and trustworthy. More
