We worked together for about 6 months to order a Mercedes 2018 S 63 AMG. He explained the process thoroughly. He is the best car salesman I have ever worked with. My service agent is Shen Sagusi. He is efficient and thoughtful. His demeanor could not be better. I always feel he is listening to my discussion and he seeks to get right to the needed service. Truly a great dealership experience.
