I’ve worked with Mike Lyons for a number of years now for service on my 2014 MB E350. He’s always kept me in the loop as far a progress on the repairs/maintenance and expected time of completion. Clearly sta service on my 2014 MB E350. He’s always kept me in the loop as far a progress on the repairs/maintenance and expected time of completion. Clearly states on maintenance what us recommended for my vehicle’s age/mileage but, unless there is a significant safety issue, lets me make the decision without pressure on what to perform at the time.
