good service.....however My service experience with this company is very good. Todd Johns, my service representative is quite cordial and a great guy. He is very cordial and I give him 10 out of 10 overall. I do have issues with the tires sold to me by the dealership one year ago which are worthless after less than 5000 miles of ordinary use. I was given a hard luck story by Crown rather than their expression of any real concern. More

Shen saves the day! When the battery in my GLK went bad right before a long scheduled trip for a board meeting, I was worried.
