CJ Sexton is number 1!!! I was very hesitant to purchase a new car, and honestly the only thing that helped me decide was knowing what outstanding customer service my dealer w I was very hesitant to purchase a new car, and honestly the only thing that helped me decide was knowing what outstanding customer service my dealer would and has provided. CJ Sexton at Crown Mercedes Dublin is truly one of a kind. I have never had such nonstop, sincere, above-and-beyond customer care. CJ always makes sure both my husband and I are taken care of, that we never have a bad day or a bad experience. Car problems are the worst, but CJ makes sure that we both don’t waste time worrying about it. He ensures that our cars are functioning perfectly, and every time we need a service done he is on top of it with quick turn around and a loaner whenever needed. If it weren’t for CJ, I can say 100% that I wouldn’t own a Mercedes. He is not great at what he does, but he becomes your friend in the process. Truly a win-win! More

Personalized experience Don and Ashli worked great as a team. This was my first car shopping experience in years and while my husband helped quite a bit, as a woman I did not Don and Ashli worked great as a team. This was my first car shopping experience in years and while my husband helped quite a bit, as a woman I did not feel talked down to and felt that Don, Ashli, and their team really made me feel like an equal part of the experience. We already had a pretty good idea of what we were interested in but they, and Don especially, took the time to explain and re-explain key features. I would definitely work with them again! They even gave us a tour of where we would go for service and introduced us to the staff there, so helpful! More

After my 190E airport car was damaged beyond repair (after 268K miles) we went looking for a replacement. Over the years we have had service performed by Crown and was very happy with the results; that level of satisfaction led us back to Crown for a replacement vehicle. With Ken Stuart's guidance we selected a 2017 C300 of which we are delighted to the degree that this car exceeds our expectations. Ken was great to work with and informed us of all of the compelling features found in the contemporary MB line. As I travel quite a bit I don't really drive locally that much...the Crown experience with Ken and Wayne brings a smile to my face every time I back out of the garage... More
