Brian Moser was helpful and polite. However, he was overworked. He was busy with another customer which kept me waiting 15 minutes for my apt. The waiting area in service is shamefu However, he was overworked. He was busy with another customer which kept me waiting 15 minutes for my apt. The waiting area in service is shameful for Crown Mercedes’. I asked for my car washed and it was driven thru the wash and the windows were full of water spots Brian did a fine job so it’s no reflection on him, he was very pleasant to work with. This was my first experience with service and I was disappointed. I understand good help is hard to find so don’t let this affect Brian’s review as I feel he was overly busy that day and all other cubicles were empty. I saw no evidence of sanitization in my car, what was I to expect? There was no paper on the floor or whatever. That question was asked in the survey. More

We visited the showroom on Friday July 1st around 10:00am and wow couldnt believe how we were treated. The female at the front of the showroom was on a zoom call and couldn't talk but she did say she would g and wow couldnt believe how we were treated. The female at the front of the showroom was on a zoom call and couldn't talk but she did say she would get a salesman, they all looked at us but no one came out of their office to greet us. Will never go back! Worst experience ever ! Went to Germain of Easton Mercedes and was treated like royalty! We will buy our car there. More

Ken took me for a test drive and showed me all the great things about this car. He even nicely offered to pick us up from Carmax on the day we traded in our old car. The day after we got our new car, Ken came to our house to help set up the garage door and answered all the questions I have. He is such a great person and professional salesman I would highly recommend. Melissa also did our paperwork for our purchase.
