I live in Cincinnati and worked with Stephen by phone. He is knowledgeable and courteous. I was able to get my questions answered and he looked the car over to give me an accurate detail of the car and what great condition it was in. I also met his co workers Ashli and Ken in the business office who had all my paperwork ready and made the transaction easy. His manager Craig Brooks helped me turn in my previous car and made that seamless. Just want to share what a great experience I had with Stephen and the staff. Love my new C Class. More

Real Crown for MB in Columbus Crown Mercedes Benz was my second stop in my exploratory mission of premium brand cars. I met CJ Sexton as the first contact at the dealership. I told Crown Mercedes Benz was my second stop in my exploratory mission of premium brand cars. I met CJ Sexton as the first contact at the dealership. I told him that I was there just to explore and may not make up my decision for next 6 months. Inspite of that, he gave me full attention. He Showed me the list of options available for various models and made some recommendations that would suit my profile (and budget). Upon my request, He also promised that he would not follow up everyday by calling me at random times, but shared his complete contact information as well as introduced me to his management team. I could quickly see the huge positive difference at this dealership as compared to my earlier trip to another premium brand a couple of blocks away. Walking out of the dealership, I made up my mind that I'm not going to go anywhere else and I was back there the following week only to get even warmer welcome this time. We closed the deal within next 2 days and all the credit goes to the sales and management team of the dealership who made decision making very easier for me. I'm in sales and know very well how it works. These guys got a perfect score in all the parameters that I would rate a sales team. As I'm writing this survey, - almost 3 weeks after the sale closure, I've gotten nothing but great after sales care from this dealership during various touch points that I had since then (couple of courtesy car washes). I would strongly recommend all MB seekers to head to Crown Eurocars to get the best car in the best possible buying experience. More

I was so impressed with the whole process, the quality of the vechicles and t CJ Sexton helped my wife to find her perfect Mercedes Benz in September. I was so impressed with the whole process, the quality of the vechicles and the outstanding customer service, that I went back and purchased my own Mercedes from CJ a few weeks later. CJ Sexton went above and beyond to help us both find our perfect cars, educate us on the Mercedes products and features (we are first time Mercedes owners), and accommodate our busy schedules. We live an hour away from this particular dealership, but CJ made going the extra miles very much worth the trip. He went so far as to meet me on his day off in order to deliver my car.
