Could not have expected any better! Worked with Michael Lyons. Went beyond expectations. My vehicle had a few electrical issues that were fixed through warranty with no hassle at all. Sc Worked with Michael Lyons. Went beyond expectations. My vehicle had a few electrical issues that were fixed through warranty with no hassle at all. Scheduled appointment online, rolled into the service drive, signed a few papers, and left in a loaner vehicle. Michael was great in communicating via text, and took any issues I had with the vehicle seriously. I visited Mercedes-Benz of Easton few weeks prior with the same issues, but was told everything was normal with the vehicle so I was charged a $150 diagnostics fee. Mercedes-Benz of Easton does not take you seriously the way Crown does. Only reason I visited Mercedes-Benz of Easton instead of Crown when the initial problems came up was due to Crown having later appointments compared to Easton. Thought I'd be saving some time but instead wasted time by having to go to two dealerships and made a $150 mistake. Will always return to Crown from now on for any issue. Thanks Michael and Crown Mercedes of Dublin! More

Wonderful Buying Experience - CJ was GREAT! Both the Dealership and CJ were recommended to my by my daughter and son-in-law. They both purchased cars from CJ and spoke very highly of him... and Both the Dealership and CJ were recommended to my by my daughter and son-in-law. They both purchased cars from CJ and spoke very highly of him... and now I know why.... CJ found the perfect car for me and helped me through the entire process. I don't live in Columbus and he made sure he took care of everything for me. He was in contact with me frequently to see if I had questions he could answer. Although my car was pre-owned it feels like a brand new car and CJ even put a huge green bow on it! CJ was very professional yet very personable and I truly enjoyed my buying experience. He worked with me to show me how everything worked including setting up blue tooth connection. I would definitely rate the entire experience as EXCELLENT. Ralph was great too! also, very professional and friendly and wanted to make sure I was totally satisfied with my purchase. Thanks to you ALL! More

I am so pleased with my experience at Crown Eurocars of Dublin...which was vastly different than the experience I had at "another" Mercedes dealership I am so pleased with my experience at Crown Eurocars of Dublin...which was vastly different than the experience I had at "another" Mercedes dealership in town. The sales process was easy, we had deadlines to meet, and Bill could not have been more helpful with our purchase and explaining all the new features of my new GLA.
