Crown dealership I recently bought a 2015 ML350 SUV. My husband purchased a car from Crown a year ago and we had a pleasant experience , so this was the place we wante I recently bought a 2015 ML350 SUV. My husband purchased a car from Crown a year ago and we had a pleasant experience , so this was the place we wanted to do business with again. We were greeted by CJ upon entering the building. I explained what it was I was looking for and he immediately knew his inventory. He took my husband and I outside and showed me the SUV I had dreamed about. He was very thorough in every aspect we talked about regarding this SUV. I liked his easy going personality and that he never pushed me to make a quick decision. We spent a couple hours with him going over items and I left there elated driving off the lot in my new vehicle. We bought the SUV on a Sunday, so I returned a couple days later to have the car detailed at their request. Honestly, the car was perfect when I drove it off the lot, but it didn't meet their high standards. CJ greeted me upon my return and then gave me a step by step on how to use all features in the SUV that I still had questions about. I honestly had the best salesman and dealership. Thank you Crown for your quality salesmen and fairness when buying a vehicle from you! More
