Amazing Service - Exceeded My Expectations I had been looking around for a gently used Mercedes GLA250. My issue was I wanted very specific things, Black with Tan interior, loaded, etc. I went I had been looking around for a gently used Mercedes GLA250. My issue was I wanted very specific things, Black with Tan interior, loaded, etc. I went to Crown, I got there late and it was closed but I still drove the lot. I then went on the Crown Website and they had the GLA250 I wanted. So I left my info on the website. Ken Stuart called me the next day and I told him my expectations for the deal and what I wanted. I am very busy so I do not have a lot of time to spend at the dealership, and made that clear. Ken took my information and had me lined up with MB Financial, paperwork ready for me when I arrived. I went into the dealership, Ken took me to my car, we sat down and went over features while finance was finishing my papers. This took maybe 30 minutes, but it was time well spent as I needed and overview of the car. Ken gave me his personal cell phone number, in case I had more questions later, and then took me to Finance to sign the papers. This went very well, only took about 15 -20 minutes for finance to explain the deal, interest, warranty etc. During this time Ken had my car moved out of the showroom and prepped for me to drive away. Before leaving I wanted rubber mats in the car as I do not like the carpet mats. Ken took me over to service, while they were placing the mats in my car he introduced me to the service manager and showed me the store. After that I was out the door, it was so amazingly simple I will certainly buy again. I just may end up trading in the wife's car and kids car with Ken. As an interesting note I know the owner of another luxury line dealer in town and I have been extremely loyal to that brand for this reason, however the service I received from Ken I will certainly buy from him again. I hope I do not lose a friend in the process. Total time I was in an out in under an hour. Amazing. More
