Absolutely the BEST service I have EVER received! I often compare car shopping to going to the dentist, absolutely dreadful. It’s one of those things we never really enjoy. The salesman are generally pushy, sometimes rude, and often shady. My experience at Crown Mercedes-Benz was absolutely the BEST car buying experience I have had. The salesman I worked with was a gentleman by the name of CJ Sexton. CJ was the most helpful, understanding, compassionate, and genuine person. CJ bent over backwards to make sure I was happy from the moment we shook hands until the moment I drove off in my new GLA. I was blown away by the service I received and will definitely return to work with him and everyone else at Crown for sure. I highly recommend the entire staff. They really work hard to get the customer what he/she wants. The entire team was friendly, outgoing, helpful, and determine to make sure my deal was closed. Obviously closing deals is what they are in business to do, but this time it felt nothing like that. Again, I am blown away by the Crown Mercedes-Benz team, but especially CJ. He was and still is simply the BEST! More

Car purchased I became interested in a car after my niece purchased one and recommended Crown and C.J. Sexton. I live over an hour away any did not want to go on I became interested in a car after my niece purchased one and recommended Crown and C.J. Sexton. I live over an hour away any did not want to go on site just to look. Therefore, I contacted C.J. and explained what I was looking for. He listened and called with a couple of possible vehicles but were not a match for me. He did not try to pressure me to purchase something close to what I wanted. When he got the car I purchased he was patient and through in answering my questions and concerns. Even to the point of rescheduling my visit due to a friends surgery. Once I went over, drove the car and decided to purchase, it was a smooth short process. I was very impressed with the dealership and my purchase experience thanks to CJ Sexton. More

From the moment I first spoke to Gracie Hendrickson on the phone, I could tell this wasn't the case with her. She immediately began working to find the perfect car for me. Once it was found, she spent an entire day with me working out my deal. When we ran out of time for me to learn all of the bells and whistles, she offered to come in on her day off to help me get more aquanited with my car. She even gave it a "once over" cleaning herself to make sure it was extra sparlkly. She truly cares about her customers, and takes special care to make sure they know it. Such a gem. A+! More

Excellent and Amazing Salesman (CJ) The level of service from start to finish was amazing. I was looking for a certified used Mercedes on true cars. A long story short I accidentally cli The level of service from start to finish was amazing. I was looking for a certified used Mercedes on true cars. A long story short I accidentally click new which resulted into Cj(Salesman) calling me first thing the nxt morning. I explained to Cj I wasn't looking to purchase brand new. He told me that wasn't a problem and he would be more than happy to help me find the car I'm looking for. He texted, called and kept me updated with the cars coming in and was currently on the lot. CJ amazed me because he made me feel he was working for me and truly searching for the car I would fall in love with. And not just trying to make a sell. After three week CJ called me and told he had my dream car. I told him I couldn't make it in until Thursday he told me no problem I will be there. Come to find out it was his day off and he came in just for me!! What a great feeling!! When I met Cj for the first time in person it was like I had known him forever. He was so personable and very professional. Very knowledgable about the car and went out his way to make me feel comfortable and not afraid to ask questions. The experience was Totally the best experience I have ever had ever in my life.. Cj was so AMAZING I told my aunt about him and she drove 2 hrs to met him and she bought a car from him a week after I did. The next car purchase I make again I already know who I will be purchasing it from!! CJ and only CJ!! I'm looking forward to a lifetime of car purchasing with CJ. I brought my friends with me when I purchased the car and they all think Gracie is amazing!
