Excellent dealership experience! I recently bought a Mercedes Benz GLA 250 from Crown Eurocars Dublin. The whole experience was very nice and smooth thanks to Gracie Hendrickson, the sales consultant. She is a real professional with good knowledge, empathy, drive and people skills. She made sure that I got the best feel of the car out of my test drive, listened to all my concerns, answered all my questions clearly, and ensured that my time was spent most efficiently when at the dealership. What great customer service looks like I had been thinking about getting a new car and when I walked into Crown Euro it was easy to determine that this dealership was the place to do just t I had been thinking about getting a new car and when I walked into Crown Euro it was easy to determine that this dealership was the place to do just that. Mark Kennedy had much to do with my decision. He was friendly and provided excellent customer service while I was determining which car to purchase. He was very informative as was his management throughout the entire process. They made the transaction smooth which if you have ever bought a car you know that it can be one of the worst experiences especially with an inept salesman. In the end, I was so pleased that I told my friends about the dealership and 2 more cars were driven off of the lot. If that's not a stamp if approval then I don't what is. Enough said. More
