She again EXCEEDED expectations in customer service with my recent purchase. 3rd Mercedes I have purchased from Melisa (I actually switched dealers to deal with her directly/knowing she knew my needs and would deliver.) I have become extremely spoiled with her attention to detail, exceptional customer service, vehicle expertise, and overall approach to making the buying experience seamless. Above and beyond describes the approach Melisa takes to her service and delivery - and it doesn't stop after the sale - she continues to follow up on service and satisfaction with the vehicle throughout ownership. Every need and detail is covered, nothing but consistent service, and dedicated follow up. I always feel like I am her only customer - given the attention and true ability to accommodate needs. She found my perfect vehicle, set up delivery, and I literally spent less than 1/2 hour in securing the deal and signing contracts. EVERYTHING was ready to go. From a dealer perspective, Crown Eurocars of Dublin was exceptional. Extremely professional, impressive tenure and knowledge of associates, outstanding accommodations in the buying experience, and GREAT selection of vehicles.
