This was my first visit to Crown Eurocars though I've been to plenty of dealerships and this one captured me immediately with their gracious helpfulness without being pushy. The showroom is ample and the product shows quite well. My salesperson, Melissa was so very helpful. I went in looking at one car and took it for a test drive. We both didn't feel good about this used car. Melissa immediately steered me to another one that was recently traded and she felt was "a better car" for what I was looking for. She was right. Super clean even without detailing the car was amazing and Melisa took the time to explain the features. She knows her MB vehicles! She pulled up the CarFax report and could tell it was well taken care of. She contacted the sales person who took the car in and who knows the former owner and could tell me lots more about this locally owned vehicle, so I was able to quickly become confident with the whole process. Although I am certain the other sales persons are also quite accomplished and helpful I was glad to have Melissa help us with this transaction. More
