Justin Dill, the service person, was very fair in his estimate on the car and told me realistically that it would probably cost more to fix the car than what it was worth. He introduced me to Stephen Revard in the sales department. I was very candid with Stephen and told him that I would probably not buy another car till close to the end of the year but I wanted to know if they would purchase my car from me as is. I expected a lot of foot shuffling and excuses but refreshingly I got a good and fair offer for my car. I will definitely visit Stephen when I am ready to purchase a new vehicle. More
