CJ Sexton is professional, honest and a person who cares about what is best for his customers. We talked over 4 months about our lease expiring (from another dealership) and CJ worked hard to find the best about what is best for his customers. The customer service during the sales process was quick, thorough, honest and left us with a very positive attitude towards the entire staff at Crown. I recently purchased a Mercedes Benz from Melissa Greenberg at Crown Mercedes. I had went to 4 previous dealerships and when I walked into Crown and met Melissa and started to tell her what I was looking for but also about my very very challenging financial situation she didn't even flinch. All of the previous dealerships looked at me like there is the door but Melissa didn't. She said well I love a challenge sweetie and we will get you this mercedes. I honestly was a little skeptical because I knew that to do that would take a miracle. Well, Melissa was my miracle because she worked and worked and worked and that evening I drove home in my new Mercedes!!! I don't usually write reviews but then again I have never met anyone like Melissa. She has a magnetic personality and the girl knows what she is doing so much so that I asked if she was the owner and come to find out she had just transferred to Crown and it was only her second day there. She didn't even have a computer yet and my jaw dropped. Melissa Greenberg, you are my miracle and now my friend as well. Thank you for helping me purchase my new mercedes when everyone else didn't even want to bother with me. Upon entering the dealership, we were greeted promptly and lead to a very helpful sales rep, Grady Nance. We had a vehicle in mind, which he explained fully but with no pressure. It was the end of the day, but Grady did not hesitate to give us time for an adequate test drive. He did not inundate us with facts but let the vehicle sell itself, answering our questions during the drive, but never interrupting the driving experience. Overbearing reps literally "drove" us away from other dealerships. During price negotiations, were were treated respectfully, and were happy with the end result. Further, Grady went above and beyond by surprising us with an additional item we wanted for the vehicle. We have been pleased with our interactions with the Business Manager, Dustin Holland, and also with the service department. So far, a great buying experience which for us came after visiting about every other dealership (various brands) in town, and after much deliberation. It is our first Mercedes but I suspect, not our last! Thanks! More

The reason I chose Crown, when I bought my ML350, was because of my previously excellent experience with the service department. They were very appreciative of my comments on the loaner vehicle and the technician figured out why my seat spring occasionally shifts. Good job by one and all. More

I Bought a 2013 gl350 after a frustrating experience at Germain Mercedes at easton. Mike Gale had was out on medical leave when Andrew Ruck stepped in & took care of the final phase of the purchase I ran into some warranty issues with the car, build quality problems from Mercedes, that's when I got to experience the high level of continuing customer satisfaction at the service department. Dave kohler was very good with getting my questions answered & kept me updated constantly on the status of the repairs. he conveyed my concerns to the right people & I got to meet the Mercedes rep who was also exceptional in making my experience as pleasurable as possible in the given circumstances. I'm extremely pleased with my choice of dealership & would highly recommend this to my friends & family. Will be back shortly for my 1st service soon More
