We met Cj not long after he started at Crown and purchased our first Mercedes. I wasn't even sure a Mercedes was for us, but he showed us why it was. The thing my wife and I like about Cj as well as all of the people we send to him is because he is unlike any other. He is never pushy and if you don't like what he finds he just keeps looking. True Performance took care of the repairs to Mercedes standards and Crown's mechanic Ron did a bit of tweaking to several small issues that I am sure must have made him crazy. Two other times this year Ron chased down problems with my satellite radio with Todd, my service manager and Seth stepping in due to the complexity of intermittent problem. The other issue was as much of a problem as the first. Dan, Seth, Todd and Ron are concerned and attentive professional's who's advice is taken with trust. Glenn Gilbert and my wife and I have been working together for some years, sadly he is in the process of retirement (not so sad for Glenn) and he has become a friend and we will miss him. Steven Revard and I have become friends over the years and has given me positive direction in the past and will begin to work together for the future. Tom, John, Craig, Brittney (who calls after my services for my opinion on the work) and many others are people doing outstanding work with humor and attentiveness. As my skills in the automotive world are limited to the ignition, oil stick and washer fluid, not knowing thing in this world can be a serious problem. I've had the privilege now of buying two vehicles from Grady in the past three months. While searching for an SUV my wife met Grady at Crown and for the first time ever, she actually enjoyed talking from Grady in the past three months. When she called me to talk about the 2011 Mercedes GL350 she not only talked about how much she liked the SUV she commented about how much she enjoyed talking with Grady and how helpful he was. I then had the pleasure of meeting Grady myself and immediately appreciated his warm, approachable demeanor. He was focused on what was best for us, listened to our questions and concerns and guided us through the buying process. I've bought more than a dozen cars and have never had such a positive experience in car buying. Grady and the entire Crown staff have been outstanding. Two week later we were in a severe accident and totaled the GL350 we had purchased two weeks earlier. My wife, daugther, and I are proof that Mercedes has exceptional safety equipment and before even looking for a replacement vehicle agreed we'd start our search for a Mercedes and went straight back to Grady and the Crown team. Over the next several weeks they helped us find exactly what we were looking for and we're thrilled to have another Mercedes in our garage and have had the pleasure of working with Grady and the Crown team again. I have previously had a great experience with Crown Mercedes 3 years ago with a new car purchase. I was in the market now for an SUV and really had little idea about what Mercedes had to offer from th Mercedes 3 years ago with a new car purchase. My wife, 4 year old daugther, and I visited Crown on a Monday afternoon and were greeted by a truly outstanding sales representative. We were interested in several potential vehicles and he was knowledgeable about each and every one and provided a thorough education to us. He was courteous and kind to my entire family, and even made sure my 4 year old did not run out into traffic while my wife and I were looking at cars on the lot. As we test drove cars he gave us tips and dining advice for an upcoming trip we have to Disney. Although I am very hesitant about trusting anyone who is trying to sell me something, our sales representative, Grady Nance, was genuine and forthright. There was no pressure at all in terms of purchase. One of my concerns was how our infant car seat was going to fit, and I was encouraged to come back with the carseat another day, test drive the car again, and be sure that I was happy before making any purchase decisions. As we finally decided on a vehicle, he had my family comfortable and entertained while we completed the paperwork. In addition, he took the effort to get my wife's car washed while we were there despite the car wash service being closed. When we returned to pick up our newly purchased SUV a few days later, he personally inspected it and chatted with us for awhile about the car's features so that we were completely at ease. I have had the car now for a couple of days and Grady continues to follow-up with me by email to confirm that everything is going well with our new purchase. If you are considering a new Mercedes, I would highly recommend Crown, and in particular Grady Nance for sales service. More
