The thorough explanation of the features of the car was very helpful since they can be quite complicated these days. The finance director was straight to the point and didn't pressure me on making any additional sales I didn't want and that pleased me more than anything. Most often I get to this point and I feel like I'm in a pressure cooker to keep adding on item after item and I hate it. That was not the case here and it pleased me.
