We came in late one evening after having a not so great experience at another dealership. It took a few minutes to get some help, but we understood because it was near close and rainy. Cj came and introduced himself to us and at first in my head I was thinking "here we go", but much to my surprise he was funny and before I knew it he had my husband and I laughing in an office after a test drive. There was never any pressure and CJ's manager Tom stayed late as did Cj on a Friday night to help us. When we came back to pick up our Mercedes we were introduced to Distin in finance and he was just as pleasant. I have already referred friends and family and one of my co workers purchased off of Cj recently as well.
