I say this because he proved to be a great guide and many,many more shoppers will be very pleased with Richard's service. So it would be unfair to future buyers to totally remove him from the sales floor but I think Crown(which already has great ratings) may do slightly better with this guy in management somewhere near the shopper. His attitude is totally awesome and was focused on getting the right fit for my needs instead of the typical "let's make a deal" scenario.
