I do apologize for any incovenience - it is true that we do not offer the full Mercedes-Benz model line as loaner vehicles - we do offer a combination of 2011/2012 C Class & GLK models - over 40 vehicles and in excess of $1.6M worth of loaners . Unfortunately, we do not offer R Class ( 7 passenger crossover) loaner vehicles to accomodate your particular situation. Perhaps with this knowledge we can make special arrangements in the future such as an Enterprise Rental minivan or SUV. Marc Wigler President & General Manager

Thank you for your follow up. I had hoped that you might also address the customer service issues as well. For example, waiting 25 min while three other service employees were sitting idle or maybe the fact that the last time my car was in for service -- which again I had to wait-- my car was not washed. The wash worked, I was told they just forgot. I understand that your dealership might not use the R class as loaners, but that was not what I was addressing in my review. In the past I was given a c300. I have twins in car seats and this forced me to put my other son in the front seat-- he is too young to ride in the front legally. I do not have this problem with my fathers GLK because it has a wider backseat, but since you sell these cars I am sure you are aware of that. My problem with this appointment was that I made it a week in advance and assumed like the other appointment that I would drop it off and pick up a loaner and go. I was told that I had to ask for a loaner and that you have to make the appointment at least 4 days before. I made my appointment a week in advance. Since we already know that I had plenty of time to sit and wait I had plenty of time to listen as customers called in to make appointments as well as how the employees set them up. They were asked EVERYTIME if they planned on waiting, needed a loaner, or planned on someone picking them up. All I expect is the same service. Had i been asked that when making my appointment there would have been no confusion. Also, Had I not spent 25 min waiting to speak to Kelly, I would not have been as bothered. As for your suggestion that I could arrange to have a rental car when I need to have service on my Mercedes, I am be sure to ask around next time I am at the country club to see if it is just me that is baffled why I should have to pay to rent a car while you have loaners and I made my appointment with plenty of lead way-- afterall I was told when purchasing this car that loaners where part of the package. I learned from my last visit that I needed to make sure not to have to drive with all the kids if I needed a loaner. I arranged childcare for my youngest two that morning. Again, my issue is with the wait and lack of correspondence while waiting. Maybe if I had even had an update, without having to follow him outside and ask him what is going on bc it has been 20 min. I showed up on time, all I ask is to have the same respect for my time. Anyone of the other 3 employees doing nothing could have helped me-- I had NO preference!!

As I earlier detailed - we have over 40 2011/2012 Mercedes-Benz loaner vehicles comprised of C Class and GLK models. Unfortunately, neither can accomadate more than 2 child saftey seats in the rear seats. Again, thank you for the review. Marc Wigler President & General Manager
