When you buy a Mercedes, you want class. I needed a car after getting a new job and turning in my Corporate Car, and knew I wanted to buy my first Merecedes. I picked Crown because of someone I know works after getting a new job and turning in my Corporate Car, and knew I wanted to buy my first Merecedes. I picked Crown because of someone I know works there and loved the work environment. I started my search online and found the car I wanted and sent my information in to get additional information. I immediately received a response letting me know a sales rep would be reaching. I had the pleasure to work with Bret and I was looking into either a lease or to purchase. He showed me the BEST of both worlds and was a quick and painless financing experience no matter what we were asking for. I ended up deciding to purchase and even tho it took 24hrs for me to buy (because I showed up late and the banks closed), the deal kept getting better because they were able to find a better deal the next day once the banks opened. 1st class service on Bret's part because I know I can sometimes be very particular about things and make things difficult. He was very quick to respond and did what it takes to make the deal happen. I plan to have all the maintenance done by Crown and look forward to the relationship we are starting because this will not be my last Benz!! More
