So knowledgeable about Mercedes products, incredibly helpful in the purchasing phase and a wonderful delivery of our SUV. Bill spent as much time as we wanted (almost 2 hours) explaining every aspect of the SUV. When we got home there was an email waiting from Bill to thank us for our purchase and to remind us that he is there for us to follow up with any questions we might have. This was such a great experience that I already told Bill when we will be in the market again for another car and I cannot imagine going anywhere else for out automobile purchase.
