Service Department I am the queen for getting nails in my tires. Shengqian Saguisi is always on top of it for me. It is kind of a joke between us. He is so easy to talk I am the queen for getting nails in my tires. Shengqian Saguisi is always on top of it for me. It is kind of a joke between us. He is so easy to talk to. When I call for help, if he is away from his desk, he calls me back within minutes. When the repair is done, he loves to tell me what I ran over this time. He is just a fantastic person and has awesome customer service. The entire place has great people. Always asking if there is anything they can help me with. great place.
