Excellent tire replacement and alignment! I arrived unexpectedly with a tire issue. Dave Kohler was able to service the problem within the morning! He was able to answer all of my questions in plain language and clearly wanted me to feel satisfied I was making the right decision. No pressure at all. I was pleased with the amount they gave me on my trade in as well as the price I paid for my new car. CJ, the finance manager was excellent at explaining how the warranty program worked, as well as getting me a better finance rate than I could have found on my own. Many Kudos to CJ Sexton, the best automobile finance manager I've ever met! (I've purchased 11 new cars from dealerships over the years). Even though this was my 3rd S-Class, the new technology was a bit intimidating. Stephen spent well over an hour explaining things, then another run through of things, to make sure I understood all the "bells & whistles". He also said, "it usually takes a couple of these tutorials for a new owner to understand everything, so feel free to come back in a week or whenever, and I'll go over everything again, so you get maximum enjoyment from your new car." It's easy to see why Stephen is one of the top salesmen at Crown. I thought he was awesome! Also, great kudos to CJ and I forgot to mention Richard Renner, the Sales Manager, he was also excellent to work with and helped everything fall together. Thanks for everything! More
