Maintenance & Concerns I took me Mercedes GLA 250 in for regular maintenance and to check it two concerns I had. My service supervisor, Brian Tassinari listen carefully and I took me Mercedes GLA 250 in for regular maintenance and to check it two concerns I had. My service supervisor, Brian Tassinari listen carefully and restated my concerns from his notes to be sure he understood accurately. He called to inform me that the service department was running behind and that my vehicle would not be ready for pickup as expected. Since I had a loaner he explained there was no problem with me keeping the loaner overnight and then picking up my car at a convenient time the next day after the service was completed. I am very appreciative of the attention to details and the courtesy Brian showed as he managed my service appointment.
