Tim was not one bit pushy,which I appreciated. He reponeded immediately to any questions or request in person, by phone , or through text or e-mail. Once I made a decision and Tim made the sale, he spent as much time as I needed to explain the operation of my new vehicle. He is a very friendly, soft spoken, and easy to talk to person. Smooth purchase experience with Ken Stuart & Crown This most recent transaction was my fourth with Ken Stuart at Crown Eurocars of Dublin. Although each deal has been a little different, Ken was again This most recent transaction was my fourth with Ken Stuart at Crown Eurocars of Dublin. Although each deal has been a little different, Ken was again outstanding throughout the entire process. Ken again demonstrated he cares about all of his customers and treats them with respect. I appreciate him searching for a specific set of features/options of the 2018 GLE 350 I was looking to purchase. We interacted several times through email/phone before I came into the dealership. This allowed for our time in the dealership to be very efficient. In all four deals of our deals, Ken has proven to be a trust worthy person and someone that I plan to continue to work with in the future vehicle purchases. The finance team was excellent during this transaction as well. I worked with CJ and Wayne throughout the finance and documentation process. A great journey for a great price and car I was searching for around 2 months for a used Mercedes Bens C class with certain features. I could only find one that was around me but it sold withi I was searching for around 2 months for a used Mercedes Bens C class with certain features. I could only find one that was around me but it sold within two days. After my second month of research I checked in with Mercedes Bens in Dublin and I instantly knew it was a good idea. Seth Held called me a few times and Discussed a meeting time. My girlfriend and I drove 100 miles to meet up and check in. Seth even came back to the dealership at the beginning of his vacation to help us out. All in all I’m overwhelmed with gratitude and extremely satisfied. It couldn’t of gone better, I’d recommend them to my family and friends as well. John Streifel and Wayne Michalak were of great service too getting my pricing almost perfect with what I wanted. More
