He is always so helpful with learning all the tools a Mercedes-Benz has to offer and makes sure you understand all the safety features as well. I asked to try a SUV this time to buy and Stephen showed me all of them and I test drove each one. He came to my home to help me with the garage door opener and to once again thank me for coming to his dealership and trusting him with another purchase. Fantastic to drive out a new car in 30 mins.. Ken is awesome, this is my 3rd car with him and will not be the last. I merely described my preferences for my next car and it was like magic ... All I had to do was drive by that evening and swap out my old car for the new one.. truly magical and the best car purchase experience ever!!
