New lease with sales agent Ken Stuart. Ken Stuart has also been my sales agent for many years & is always a pleasure to work with. He is very attentive to any concerns or questions I have & will always get an answer quickly for me. He returns my phone calls promptly even on weekends so I feel he has always gone beyond the call of duty to give good service. I look forward to working with Ken whenever needed as I know he will always take care of me. Crown in general has always been awesome to work with & everyone there is very friendly. Made Car Buying Process Very Comfortable Customer service was excellent. I test drove a vehicle and came back 2 days later and bought it. One of my best car-buying experiences I had been going to the Crown Mercedes service department for my service and repair needs for almost 5 years now and have been incredibly satisfied wi I had been going to the Crown Mercedes service department for my service and repair needs for almost 5 years now and have been incredibly satisfied with their transparency, quality of work and efficiency, so it seemed only natural I look for my next car through the same group. It took some doing as far as finding any that were available and in my price range, but Mr. Stevenson helped me through the entire process. He kept his ear to the ground, asked around for me, and eventually helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He was able to point out all the features of the car and inform me of what would be fixed up or changed prior to my receiving the car. Mr. Michalak was also very helpful in assisting with the financial aspects of the purchase. And when it came time for me to pick up my car, Mr. Steven son was kind enough to actually come and pick me up to take me to the dealership to retrieve it. Overall, I am very satisfied, and reassured in my choice to remain a customer with Crown. More

Selfless Service - the Best Experience I purchased an AMG E43 Mercedes from an out of State dealer, I called Crown Mercedes in Dublin to help me familiarize with the car functions. I was ve I purchased an AMG E43 Mercedes from an out of State dealer, I called Crown Mercedes in Dublin to help me familiarize with the car functions. I was very fortunate that I met an outstanding sales consultant, Konstantin Chumak at this dealership. He spent two hours with me and explained all the functions of the car. He also told me that I can stop by any time or call him on phone and he will be more than happy to help me. I have been buying cars and using various dealerships for over 40 years and I found that Konstantin was truly outstanding and extremely helpful. I recommend him very highly without any reservations. I marked 5 stars for the dealership because it would not accept the review without filling stars. I did not use the dealership. More
